# Resale Policy MineHash customers will be able to sell their miners through the Marketplace platform (COMING SOON). Customers who host miners through MineHash can choose to resell their miners **only** through the official resale process. MineHash bears no obligation to facilitate the resale nor guarantee the successful resale of miners purchased through MineHash. Hosting contracts between the customer and MineHash are non-transferable; therefore, MineHash may void the hosting services of any customer that sells their miners contract.
